Box or APO/FPO address, to Hawaii, Alaska, issues to designs or media may all delay delivery of your order.

*Economy shipping is unfortunately not available for orders of more than 5 items due to our carrier’s weight restrictions.

**1-Day Shipping orders received by noon EST on a business day will arrive next business day. Orders placed after noon EST will arrive in 2 business days.   • Carbon Clothing accepts credit cards and CafeCash as payment.

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

    Paying by Check Card

    If you’re paying with a Visa Check Card, or MasterMoney Card enter it as if it was a regular credit card.

    Authorizing Your Credit Card
    When you place an order with us, we contact your credit card’s issuing bank to confirm that your credit card is a valid number and has not been reported as lost or stolen. We do this by requesting authorization for the sale. We don’t actually charge your card at this time. We never charge your card for the items in your order until we are ready to ship them.

    It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card.

    You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

  • Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped to a California or Kentucky address.

  • Coupons & Discounts
  • Occasionally we will offer coupon or discount codes for use on purchases. Follow these steps to redeem your coupon.

  • On the Payment page, enter your coupon exactly as it appears in the box that says “Coupon/Promotional Code.”

  • How do I remove an item from my cart?

  • To remove an item from your cart, simply update the Quantity field to 0 (zero) and click “Update.”

  • Why is my order status pending verification?

  • If your order status is pending verification it means we need additional information from you before we can complete your order. We will attempt to contact you either by email and/or the phone number you provided. Please contact Customer Service via our web form or call toll free 1(877) 809-1659.

  • Changing an Order

  • If you need to cancel your order, contact Customer Service. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.

    If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. Contact Customer Service for assistance. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.

    Please note, if your order has already been processed, you may not be able to cancel or modify it.

  • Check the status of any of your orders by visiting our Order StatusOrder Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order.

    When you click on Order Status, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders. If your order has not been processed you may modify or cancel your order from this page.

    If your order has been shipped via UPS, you may track it using links provided in your order detail. It may take up to one (1) business day for your information to be posted on the UPS website.

  • CafePress.com offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please Contact Us to fill out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable.

    CD Return Policy
    CDs purchased from CafePress.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment via our Returns Center. CDs must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.

    Defective CDs will be exchanged for the same CD title.
